Responsibilities
- Perform daily data entry and reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy.
- Assist with accounts payable by processing invoices and managing vendor payments.
- Support accounts receivable by tracking invoices and communicating with clients.
- Prepare basic financial reports and monthly summaries for management review.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for financial documents.
- Process payroll assistance and maintain employee timekeeping records.
- Identify discrepancies in ledgers and assist in resolving them.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Basic math proficiency and ability to work with numbers accurately.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is essential).
- Willingness to learn new accounting software and workflows.
