Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and reporting
- Organize and file financial documents systematically
- Support tax preparation by gathering necessary documentation
- Learn and apply GAAP principles under supervision
- Collaborate with senior accountants on client projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data entry)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to learn new software quickly (QuickBooks training provided)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Professional communication and teamwork abilities
- No prior experience necessary – training included!
