Responsibilities
- Perform daily data entry for financial transactions using QuickBooks software
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts monthly
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable processing
- Prepare financial reports and expense summaries for clients
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Communicate professionally with clients regarding account inquiries
- Support month-end closing procedures under supervision
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required (college coursework in accounting preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas and data sorting)
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy with numbers
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Willingness to obtain QuickBooks certification within 6 months
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial data
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license for occasional client visits
