Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions accurately and promptly
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts monthly
- Assist with payroll processing and tax documentation preparation
- Generate financial reports and statements for clients
- Utilize QuickBooks software for daily bookkeeping tasks
- Communicate professionally with clients regarding financial matters
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
