Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and accounting software
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions monthly
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts
- Prepare financial reports for management review
- Assist with payroll processing and tax documentation
- Support month-end closing procedures
- Implement organizational systems for financial data
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided!
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic software
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
