Responsibilities
- Perform daily data entry and maintain accurate general ledger records.
- Assist with bank reconciliations and monthly financial reporting.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently.
- Organize and archive financial documents and receipts.
- Utilize QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel to track expenses and budgets.
- Support the senior accounting team with ad-hoc reporting needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- No prior accounting experience required; we will train the right candidate.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is a plus).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
