Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online
- Process accounts payable/receivable and reconcile bank statements
- Prepare monthly financial statements and payroll reports
- Assist with tax preparation and audit documentation

- Support clients with financial analysis and budgeting guidance
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
