Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks software
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and transaction verifications
- Process accounts payable/receivable and maintain general ledgers
- Prepare financial statements and reports for client review
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and audits
- Communicate financial data clearly to non-finance stakeholders
- Adhere to GAAP standards and compliance requirements
Qualifications
- No prior bookkeeping or accounting experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
