Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions and bank reconciliations
- Maintain accurate digital financial records using QuickBooks Online
- Assist with monthly payroll processing and tax documentation
- Prepare financial statements and management reports under supervision
- Support annual audits and tax preparation activities
- Respond to client/vendor inquiries regarding billing and payments
- Adhere to strict confidentiality and data security protocols
Qualifications
