- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions accurately
- Maintain digital financial records using QuickBooks Online
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts monthly
- Prepare financial reports for senior accountants
- Assist with payroll processing and tax document filing
- Organize and archive financial documents securely
- Collaborate with team members on financial projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data entry)
