Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and accounting software
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage payroll cycles
- Prepare monthly financial statements and balance sheets
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card transactions
- Assist with tax preparation and documentation
- Implement and maintain internal financial controls
- Provide financial analysis for strategic decision-making
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Expertise in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency with GAAP principles
- Ability to meet urgent deadlines in a high-volume environment
