- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts monthly
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records
- Assist with payroll processing and tax documentation
- Generate financial reports and summaries for clients
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for data entry and analysis
- Communicate professionally with clients regarding financial inquiries
- Support month-end closing procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- No prior bookkeeping experience required
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
