Responsibilities
- Process daily transactions including accounts payable/receivable
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
- Reconcile bank statements and account balances
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Generate basic financial reports and statements
- Utilize QuickBooks software for data entry
- Support audit preparation and documentation
- Communicate financial data clearly to team members
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
