Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions using QuickBooks
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts monthly
- Assist with payroll processing and tax form preparation
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records
- Generate basic financial reports and statements for clients
- Communicate professionally with clients regarding financial inquiries
- Support month-end closing procedures and audits
- Learn and implement new bookkeeping software and tools
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
