Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts monthly
- Manage client payroll processing using QuickBooks Online
- Prepare financial statements and expense reports
- Maintain organized digital filing systems for client documents
- Assist with quarterly sales tax filings and compliance
- Support month-end closing procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior bookkeeping experience necessary
