Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and accounting software
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts
- Prepare financial reports and summaries
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Communicate with clients regarding financial matters
- Support tax preparation processes
- Adhere to financial compliance standards
Qualifications
- No prior bookkeeping experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace
