Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Excel
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Assist with payroll processing and tax form preparation
- Generate monthly financial reports for clients
- Support month-end closing procedures
- Communicate financial updates to business clients
- Adhere to accounting standards and compliance requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
