About the Role:
In this role, you will handle the day-to-day financial operations of our clients. This is an immediate opening for a candidate with a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed in accounting.
Responsibilities
- Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks with high accuracy.
- Conduct daily bank reconciliations and credit card statements.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports.
- Process payroll and maintain employee payroll records.
- Update and maintain the general ledger system.
- Reconcile inventory and expense reports.
- Assist senior accountants with audits and tax preparation support.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles (debits, credits, ledgers).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
