Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts monthly.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Process payroll information for employees accurately.
- Organize and maintain accurate financial records and digital files.
- Prepare basic financial reports and generate invoices.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles (self-taught or through coursework).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables are a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
