Responsibilities
- Data Entry & Reconciliation: Accurately enter daily transactions and reconcile bank statements to ensure all records are up-to-date.
- Accounts Payable/Receivable: Process invoices, track payments, and manage accounts to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports for management review.
- Payroll Support: Help coordinate and process payroll data for company employees.
- Record Keeping: Organize and maintain physical and digital financial documents for audit purposes.
- Software Proficiency: Utilize accounting software to track expenses and generate necessary financial documents.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- Experience: No prior bookkeeping experience required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is highly preferred).
- Attributes: Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Mindset: A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new accounting software and processes.
