Responsibilities
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions monthly.
- Assist with financial reporting and month-end close processes.
- Enter and maintain accurate financial data in QuickBooks or similar software.
- Prepare and send invoices and manage collections.
- Support the finance team with general administrative duties.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- Basic math skills and strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Willingness to obtain necessary certifications (e.g., QuickBooks ProAdvisor) as required.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
