Responsibilities
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable reconciliation.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports.
- Process invoices, verify expenses, and ensure accurate data entry into our accounting software.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain and organize financial records and supporting documentation.
- Assist the senior accounting team with year-end audits and tax preparation support.
- Communicate with clients and vendors regarding account inquiries and payments.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus but not mandatory.
- No prior experience required; we provide training for the right candidate.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in numerical data.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP are helpful).
- Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities.
- Professional demeanor with strong verbal and written communication skills.
