Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and bank reconciliations.
- Process invoices and maintain accurate, up-to-date records in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero).
- Support the senior accounting team with tax preparation and year-end audit support.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
- Organize and maintain financial documentation and filing systems.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a strong plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with Excel skills being preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
