Responsibilities
- Manage daily bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical financial records.
- Process invoices, receipts, and payroll data accurately.
- Assist in tax preparation support for small business clients.
- Communicate with vendors and clients regarding billing inquiries.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- No prior bookkeeping experience is necessary; we train!
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Basic understanding of math and financial concepts.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
