Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Process and track invoices, maintaining organized financial records.
- Assist in monthly financial reporting and preparing basic financial statements.
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage) to record transactions.
- Communicate with vendors and clients regarding billing inquiries.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
