Responsibilities
- Assist with daily bookkeeping operations, including processing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions to ensure accuracy.
- Process and record invoices, expenses, and payments into financial software.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital financial records.
- Prepare basic financial reports and support the month-end close process.
- Perform general data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed are essential.
- Willingness to learn new accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage).
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
