Responsibilities
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Process and verify invoices and expense reports.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for financial records.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Generate basic financial reports using accounting software.
- Communicate with clients and vendors regarding billing inquiries.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to learn new accounting software quickly (we provide training).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
