Responsibilities
- Process and record daily financial transactions and invoices accurately.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure data integrity.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable duties.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ledgers.
- Prepare basic financial reports and spreadsheets using Excel.
- Communicate with clients regarding account inquiries and statements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel is a plus).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to learn new software and accounting procedures.
