Key Responsibilities
- Process and record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure data accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, balance sheets, and general ledgers.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical financial records and documentation.
- Support the accounting department during tax season and year-end audits.
- Communicate with vendors and clients to resolve billing inquiries and discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors quickly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles (AP, AR, GL).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
