Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Perform monthly and weekly bank reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial statements and reports.
- Process payroll support and maintain employee records.
- Handle general ledger entries and assist with month-end close procedures.
- Organize and archive financial documents and invoices.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial terminology.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Willingness to learn QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
