Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and accounting software
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage bank reconciliations
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial statement preparation
- Support tax filing documentation and audit readiness activities
- Track and report on financial metrics for operational analysis
- Collaborate with senior finance team on process improvements
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
