- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage payroll transactions
- Prepare financial statements and assist with audits
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for data entry and reporting
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and tax regulations
- Support month-end closing procedures
- Communicate financial insights to management
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong numerical accuracy and analytical skills
