Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and accounting software
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage bank reconciliations
- Prepare financial statements and monthly reports for client review
- Assist with payroll processing and tax document preparation
- Implement internal controls to ensure financial compliance
- Collaborate with senior accountants on month-end closing procedures
- Support audits by providing documentation and financial data
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Finance preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with attention to detail
