Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial transactions including accounts payable/receivable
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries and reconcile bank statements
- Process payroll using QuickBooks Online software
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Organize and archive financial documents per compliance standards
- Collaborate with senior accountants on special projects
- Support audit preparations and tax documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; accounting/finance degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables)
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
