Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Excel
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
- Assist with monthly and quarterly financial reporting
- Support payroll processing and tax documentation
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
- Collaborate with senior accountants on special projects
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Basic proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
