Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Excel
- Process accounts payable/receivable and reconcile bank statements
- Assist with monthly/quarterly financial reporting
- Support tax preparation and audit documentation
- Manage client communication regarding financial matters
- Update and maintain digital filing systems
- Collaborate with senior accountants on special projects
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
