Responsibilities
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll processing
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance reports
- Assist with tax preparation documentation and year-end audits
- Process expense reports and vendor invoices with meticulous attention to detail
- Support month-end closing procedures and financial analysis
- Collaborate with senior accountants on client financial strategies
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Basic proficiency with QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and accounting software
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
