Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Excel
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts
- Assist with monthly and quarterly financial reporting
- Support payroll processing and tax document preparation
- Organize and file financial documentation
- Communicate with clients regarding payment inquiries
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (accounting degree a plus)
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to learn new software quickly
- No prior bookkeeping experience required
- Valid Florida driver's license (client site visits)
