Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Excel
- Process accounts payable/receivable and payroll transactions
- Reconcile bank statements and financial reports monthly
- Assist with tax preparation and audit documentation

- Communicate with clients and vendors regarding billing
