Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions with 99% accuracy
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts monthly
- Maintain organized digital financial records in QuickBooks Online
- Prepare financial reports including balance sheets and profit/loss statements
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and audits
- Support tax preparation documentation for CPA partners
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail with numerical aptitude
- Basic knowledge of GAAP accounting principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
