Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable and maintain accurate financial records
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions monthly
- Assist with payroll processing and tax document preparation
- Update and organize digital filing systems for client data
- Generate basic financial reports and summaries
- Communicate with clients regarding payment status and documentation
- Learn and utilize QuickBooks accounting software under guidance
Qualifications
