Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable using QuickBooks Online
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions weekly
- Maintain organized digital filing systems for client documents
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Support payroll processing and tax documentation prep
- Communicate financial status updates to business clients
- Adhere to GAAP principles and confidentiality protocols
Qualifications
