Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Assist with monthly/quarterly financial statement preparation
- Support payroll processing and tax form filings
- Track and reconcile expense reports and vendor invoices
- Implement internal controls for financial compliance
- Collaborate with senior accountants on client deliverables
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
