- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Excel
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Assist with monthly closing procedures and financial reporting
- Support clients with basic bookkeeping inquiries and guidance
- Organize and archive financial documents systematically
- Collaborate with senior accountants on special projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel essential)
