Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Excel
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and transaction verifications
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage payroll support
- Prepare monthly financial statements for client reviews
- Assist in tax preparation documentation and audits
- Implement internal controls to ensure compliance
- Collaborate with senior team members on financial analysis
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or related field
- 1+ years of bookkeeping or internship experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles
- Attention to detail with numerical accuracy
