Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Excel
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Assist with monthly financial statements and tax documentation
- Support client onboarding and data collection processes
- Implement bookkeeping best practices for efficiency
- Collaborate with senior accountants on special projects
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
