Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately.
- Assist in the monthly bank reconciliation process to ensure data integrity.
- Process payroll data and maintain employee time and attendance records.
- Prepare basic financial reports, ledgers, and financial statements.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital financial records.
- Reconcile credit card statements and process expense reports.
- Support the finance team with data entry and basic financial analysis.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Excel.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles is preferred but not required (we will train).
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
