Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online
- Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations monthly
- Process accounts payable/receivable and payroll transactions
- Prepare financial statements and balance sheets for review
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Support audit preparation and documentation requests
- Communicate financial insights to senior accountants
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or related field
- 0-2 years of bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of GAAP principles
