Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and reconcile bank statements
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions and manage vendor communications
- Assist in monthly and quarterly financial reporting preparation
- Support payroll processing and tax documentation compliance
- Utilize QuickBooks for data entry and financial record maintenance
- Perform periodic audits of financial records to ensure accuracy

Qualifications
