Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions and maintain accurate general ledgers
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements monthly
- Prepare financial statements including balance sheets and income statements
- Assist with payroll processing and tax form preparations
- Manage client invoices and payment tracking systems
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for data entry and reporting
- Support annual audits and tax documentation processes
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Basic understanding of GAAP principles
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
